This was just a solid selection for a short break in Kailua-Kona with great value for the money. The place had a nice large lanai where I enjoyed my morning coffee while taking in the view. Parking can be tight, so look for spaces on the uphill side to avoid door dings.

Our stay was wonderful! The location offered spectacular sunset views, and we loved being so close to both the beach and local restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to whip up meals after a long day of exploring.
However, parking can be a bit of a challenge during busy times.

Attentive staff provided compassionate support during a challenging time, making the stay more comfortable. The location is fantastic, with numerous restaurants just across the street, and the well-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation. However, the parking situation can be tight, and it would be beneficial if more spaces were available. Additionally, the noise from morning bird calls might be disruptive for those not accustomed to early mornings.

I had a lovely time, especially enjoying the clean room with soft towels and great kitchen amenities. The BBQ areas were well-kept, but the noise from the street outside was a bit bothersome. I'd definitely choose this place again!

Couple's Relaxing Getaway
The location was just across the street from plenty of restaurants and I made my own meals in the well-equipped kitchen, it was fantastic. Also, enjoyed the BBQ area and had some great moments with friends by the pool, soaking in that sunshine.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, the experience was worth it.
